June lunchtime walk @ The Commons

Winter is here, and our June event celebrates Cold Immersion.

Not a fan of cold showers or ice baths? Neither am I.

I will lead us for a very brisk circuit or two for some aerobic stimulation, starting from outside of The Commons, Camperdown. If you want to take it further, you can, just add some weights in each hand- tins of tomato, for example. (Please supply your own tins.)

Fashionable active wear is not a prerequisite, (although sensible walking shoes is), so you are welcome to dig out the leg warmers, footy merch and anything fair isle. Just leave the ghetto blaster behind.

We will cool down afterwards at a local cafe. Venue to be announced later.
